They have a proven professional track record of inspiring children in education and are committed to giving your child the best opportunity to succeed. Just taken early retirement from a local Primary School, Alison knows how to motivate and encourage her students to achieve their very best. She is truly enthusiastic and it rubs off on all around her.  For pleasure Alison loves the theatre and travelling to new destinations.

Keith is also an early retirement Maths teacher capable of going all the way through to A Level. His students and their parents sing his praises for his "can do" approach which in turn leads to excellent results at all levels. Keith has many hours of fun with his beloved pet dog, Cerys.

Katie is a KS2 specialist with experience across the Primary curriculum. She has recent experience both in Derby City and also in Wales. Katie's students love her.

In her spare time Katie loves to cook, enjoy meals out and meander through the amazing Derbyshire Countryside.

Kathryn has been teaching for approximately thirty years.  She has a wealth of experience in KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4.  She enjoys teaching the wide curriculum in a variety of settings, both state and private.  She loves reading and believes every child has a right to know how to read for purpose and pleasure.  Kathryn did a post-graduate training course in Dyslexia and Literacy studies to better equip her to teach those students with Dyslexia.

Kathryn has three grandchildren who live fairly close by and spends as much time with them as possible. She enjoys ballroom dancing lessons with her husband; loves baking and knitting.  She has a beautiful cat that is very needy of cuddles and pampering and is considering adding a kitten to the family; only considering!

Dave is an ex. Derby school headmaster. His specialities are in Science and Maths and he teaches both Primary and Secondary to a high level. Dave has now taken early retirement and truly enjoys the Kip experience. This certainly rubs off on his students.

Dave has spent time teaching in Bangladesh and enjoys travelling to destinations worldwide to visit family and friends.

Dave's social life is packed with birdwatching, walking and having fun with his growing numbers of grandchildren.

Louise has worked extensively as a Learning Support Teacher in Scottish Schools.  Her expertise has been supporting individual students with their GCSE English and Maths preparation. She is hard working and very motivational to her students.

Louise loves to sing and play the guitar for relaxation. Family time is spent travelling both to Scotland and Manchester to visit her sons. Hill walking is definitely a favourite pastime.
